Morgan Kim is a mission-driven nonprofit professional with over 20 years of experience in Youth Development and College access programs. Morgan has served in various Program Leadership and Organizational Management roles with local and national nonprofit organizations. She is a strong youth development advocate working collaboratively to build innovative programs, develop strong community partnerships, and build strategic alliances to unite people and resources to strengthen equitable social change efforts through education. She has delivered Executive Leadership workshops through her work with National AmeriCorps programs, designed youth development leadership and diversity programs, advocated for high-quality Teacher Education pathway programs, and executed conference special events with various nonprofits in California. In addition, she volunteers her time providing pro bono college access/admissions counseling services to individuals and their families by way of local area nonprofit organizations. Morgan also serves as a community board member with her local Boys and Girls Club.

When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, is an avid sports fan (college and professional ), and enjoys eating good food! No Michelin star required.
