Janai is a dedicated social advocate who’s passionate about elevating youth voices. She comes to GC with 15 years of experience supporting high-impact youth programs and building meaningful community partnerships. Prior to joining us, Janai was a Senior Manager of Programs & Partnerships at Multiplying Good where she expanded service-learning, delivered leadership curriculum to students across the Northeast, and advanced engagement of underrepresented students.

Janai holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Vermont and a M.S. in Global Affairs from New York University. She is an Americorps & Public Ally alumna with a deep commitment to equity, youth empowerment, and collective impact.

Currently a New Jersey resident, Janai is a native New Yorker with insurmountable Bronx pride. She spends her free time volunteering at Toni’s Kitchen, enjoying budget-friendly restaurants, exploring nature, and traveling.
