Energy Project Specialist, Oklahoma Department of Commerce (Former GC Democracy Coach)

Priscila Guillen is currently earning her Master’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in Data Analytics. She earned two Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Finance with minors in Political Science and Banking. She has been a part of Generation Citizen (GC) as a Democracy Coach since her freshman year of undergraduate school. She quickly fell in love with the mission and values of GC. Priscila’s passion is to educate and register young citizens to exercise their right to vote. Using the tools and resources of GC and her University, Priscila achieved her goal of registering over 1,000 people in 2020.

Priscila has had an interest in politics from a young age. During her Senior year in high school, Priscila had the opportunity to work on her first political campaign, Michael Brooks for Oklahoma State Senate. This victory led to other state campaigns, one Federal campaign for Kendra Horn U.S. Representative for Oklahoma’s 5th congressional district, and most recently Oklahoma City School Board and Oklahoma City Council Ward 1,2,6, and 7. As a high school senior, Priscila served on the Student Board of Directors for the Oklahoma City Branch of the Federal Reserve, where she fell in love with Economics.

Priscila has lived in Oklahoma City for 20 years. Graduated top 10 from Southeast High School Class of 2017. Having been accepted into a multitude of Universities, including Harvard, Priscila chose to attend a University in her home State. Priscila’s ultimate life goal is to become the first Latin-American U.S. Secretary of the Treasury.
