Jake Mazeitis currently works for the Supreme Court of Colorado.

Prior to his time in Denver, Jake worked broadly across the government and advocacy sectors, including at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division, the New Jersey Attorney General’s Division on Civil Rights, and the American Constitution Society. He’s also spent time at organizations such as the Human Rights Campaign, the Inclusion Playbook, and Teach for America.

Before joining the National Board, Jake volunteered as a Democracy Coach at Northwest Classen Academy and Southeast High School in Oklahoma City and worked as the Office Administrator for GC’s Oklahoma office.

Jake holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and B.A.s in Gender Studies, Constitutional History, and International Studies, summa cum laude, from the University of Oklahoma.
