Jake Mazeitis is currently a member of Yale Law School’s J.D. Class of 2023.

Before attending Yale Law, Jake worked broadly across the education and advocacy sectors, serving as a Fellow with the American Constitution Society from 2019-2020 and spent time at organizations such as the Human Rights Campaign, the Inclusion Playbook, and Teach for America.

Prior to serving on GC’s National Board, Jake volunteered as a Democracy Coach at Northwest Classen Academy and Southeast High School in Oklahoma City and worked as the Office Administrator for GC’s Oklahoma office.

Jake graduated from the University of Oklahoma, summa cum laude, with degrees in International Studies, Letters, and Women’s and Gender Studies.
