Kaye has worn many different hats in many different parts of the world before coming to Generation Citizen. She has a masters in social work and has a depth and breadth of experience supporting operations, communications, development, program design, and event management across numerous NGOs and community-based organizations globally and domestically.

However, when not working for NGOs, Kaye has in the past filled roles as a mentor, educator, camp counselor, curriculum writer, janitor, dance instructor, after-school program manager, cook, scriptwriter, and many more. She very much enjoys exploring and learning about the outdoors as well as reading and eating indoors.
